Welcome to Penk’s Pools. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Scope of Services

  • Saltwater Specialization: Penk’s Pools exclusively provides maintenance and repair services for saltwater pools. We reserve the right to refuse service for chlorine-based or alternative system pools.

  • Service Areas: We provide pool openings, weekly maintenance, and equipment services within the Central Jersey region.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Access: Customers must provide clear and safe access to the pool area and equipment on scheduled service days.

  • Water Levels: It is the homeowner's responsibility to maintain proper water levels unless otherwise agreed upon in a maintenance plan.

3. Payments and Cancellations

  • Billing: Payments for one-time services (like openings) are due upon completion. Maintenance plans are billed following the completion of the service

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours' notice for service cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a service fee.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • Penk’s Pools is not responsible for pre-existing damage to pool liners, plumbing, or equipment.

  • We are not liable for weather-related delays or pool chemistry imbalances caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., heavy rain, excessive bather load).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Penk’s Pools logo and service descriptions, is the property of Penk’s Pools and may not be used without written permission.
